This Cookie Notice aims to inform the Users about the cookies and other tracking technologies that help InviteMember to achieve the purposes described below. Information collected automatically through InviteMember (or third-party services employed in InviteMember), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use InviteMember, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.
User
The individual using the InviteMember services.
Data Processor
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this Cookie Notice.
Data Controller
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data, which in this case is Dev Way Ltd.

The service provided by InviteMember.

3. WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES DO WE USE AND WHY
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of InviteMember and the delivery of the Service

Furthermore, InviteMember processes any payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means via external payment service providers. InviteMember uses Cookies to enable basic interactions and functionalities, allowing Users to access selected features of the Service and facilitating the User's communication with the Data Controller.

Marketing Cookies
InviteMember uses Cookies to deliver personalized marketing content, operate and track ads, and track affiliate referrals.
This type of service allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes. These communications are displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on InviteMember, possibly based on User interests.

AdRoll (NextRoll, Inc.)
AdRoll is an advertising service provided by NextRoll, Inc. AdRoll can serve targeted advertising on any device connected to the User, by processing their email address using a security technique called hashing.
AdRoll may also automatically collect certain types of data to serve personalized recommendations to the User, as stated in its privacy policy.

4. HOW TO MANAGE PREFERENCES AND PROVIDE OR WITHDRAW CONSENT
